Before the Court are seven motions for summary judgment filed by the defendants (R. Docs. 206, 207, 208, 211, 212, 216, 217) and six cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the plaintiffs (R. Docs. 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223). As explained below, the motions focus on whether the fees charged by Louisiana clerks of court were authorized by state statute.
