Kraus-Thomson Organization (“KTO”), a creditor of the debtor, McCorhill Publishing, Inc. (“McCorhill”) for a debt arising out of KTO’s sale of a reprint and publishing business to the debtor, seeks a protective order pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7026 and Rule 26(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
