This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment rendered in favor of the defendant by the court sitting without a jury, and also from an order of the court denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial. It is alleged in paragraph I of the complaint that the plaintiff is a corporation duly organized, created and existing under -and by virtue of the laws of the state of Washington.
