Claimant, an architect, undertook an overseas assignment for her employer for a three-month period and returned to New York in June 2009. After her return, claimant had a heated exchange with the employer about her salary and a pay raise that she alleged was promised to her prior to entering upon her overseas assignment. Claimant worked throughout the day after the meeting with her employer, but did not return to work on the following day.
