By virtue of a decree of foreclosure entered by the circuit court of Cook county,on December 1, 1932, the master in chancery, on August 23, 1934, sold the Dellashore Apartments located at 257 East Delaware Place, Chicago. Subject to the taxes hereinafter mentioned, the sale was made for $35,000 to Irving Feldinger, as the nominee of the first mortgage bondholders’ committee (hereinafter referred to as the committee) pursuant to a plan of re-organization theretofore adopted by the committee.
