MEMORANDUM OPINION
POLLY S. WILHARDT, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(K). The parties have consented to entry of a final order by a bankruptcy consultant. The debtors filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition on March 20, 1987. The United States of America, Department of Treasury, the Internal Rev enue Service filed a proof of claim for taxes which had been duly assessed in 1981, 1982 and 1983 and for which notices of tax liens had been properly filed in 1982 and 1983.
