¶ 1. Kristin J. Haan-stad seeks review of a decision by the court of appeals reversing the decision of the Dane County Circuit Court, the Honorable Diane M. Nicks, that concluded that Haanstad was not operating a motor vehicle while either under the influence of an intoxicant under Wis. Stat. § 346.63(l)(a) or with a prohibited alcohol concentration under Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1)(b)(2003-04).
