Ajac Transmission Parts Corp. (Ajac), Jerry Jacoby (Jacoby), and Fairbanks Racing Automatics (Fairbanks) appeal from (1) the judgment entered against them after trial by jury for copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, false designation of origin and conspiracy, (2) the award of attorney’s fees, (3) the denial of their post-trial motions and (4) separate orders of the district court finding them in contempt.
