SUSAN V. KELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Chapter 13 trustee objected to the proof of claim filed by the Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc., on behalf of the United States Department of Education (the “Creditor”) because the claim was filed late. The claims bar date was December 26, 2011, and the Creditor filed its proof of claim on July 31, 2012.
