Through this action, Plaintiff Amedee Geothermal Venture I (“Plaintiff’), a California Limited Partnership, sought redress from Defendant Lassen Municipal Utility District (“Defendant” or “LMUD”) for damages allegedly arising from Defendant’s reduction of the electrical voltage it supplied Plaintiffs power plant, from 34.5 kv to 12.47 kv.
