This suit was brought by the appellee against the Texas & Pacific Railway Company and the Houston & Texas Central Railroad Company, and also against the Houston East & West Texas Railway Company, t,o recover damages to 848 head of cattle shipped from Humble, Tex., to Houston, over the liné of the Houston East & West Texas Railway, thence to Ft. Worth over the Houston & Texas Central Railroad, and thence over the Texas & Pacific Railway to Sweetwater, Tex., where they were unloaded and held for several days for the purpose of being dipped, in accordance with the quarantine regulations of the…
