On October 17, 1936, the superior court for Pierce county, in an action brought by W. I. Cold-iron against Ellen P. Coldiron, entered an interlocutory decree of divorce, under the terms of which the defendant was awarded alimony against the plaintiff in the amount of sixty dollars monthly, and a further sum of sixty-five dollars a month for the support of the minor child of the parties.
