Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Walla Walla county, Brents, J., entered December 20, 1907, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, after a trial before the court without a jury, in an action by a divorced wife to recover the cost of support of a child.

— The plaintiff and the defendant intermarried at Walla Walla, in this state, on the 19th day of March, 1904, and remained husband and wife until the 19th day of September, 1906, at which time the plaintiff was granted a divorce from the defendant for cruel treatment on his part. After awarding the divorce, the decree recited that the plaintiff had been paid a certain sum of money in cash in lieu of her interest in the property of the defendant, and awarded to the defendant all the real and personal property in his possession and claimed by him.
