Nationstar Mortgage, LLC (“Nationstar”) conducted a foreclosure sale of Moronta’s Quincy home on November 17, 2009. Moronta filed this lawsuit on July 23, 2010, against Nationstar and Fremont Investment and Loan (“Fremont”), the prior owner of Moronta’s mortgage.
