Defendant, as surviving executor of his father’s will, unsuccessfully appeals from a decree enjoining him from further proceeding with an action of ejectment which he had begun to recover possession of one of plaintiff’s properties, and from instituting similar actions against three others, his claims regarding all four being based on the same erroneous contention.
