Appellants James and Aileen Bryant appeal from the December 12, 2006 judgment of the Lonoke County Circuit Court, which found that subcontractors are exempt from the statutory notice requirement contained in Ark. Code Ann. § 18-44-115 (Supp. 2007), and ordered a foreclosure on appellants’ property in the lien amount.
