This is a suit brought by B. G. Eubanks and wife, C. W. Eubanks, who has had her disabilities of coverture removed, complaining of William J. Tucker, individually and in his official capacity as Executive Secretary of the Texas Game, Fish and Oyster Commission, and J. B.
