Prime Therapeutics LLC ("Prime") seeks a preliminary injunction forbidding a former employee, Ashley D. Beatty ("Beatty"), from performing some (but not all) activities in a new job she began recently with Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC ("Maxor").
