—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), rendered December 7, 1981, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree and assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
Defendant failed to raise at trial his objections to the adequacy and content of the jury instructions and accordingly has not preserved his claims for appellate review (see, People v Colon, 54 NY2d 913; People v Smith, 87 AD2d 640).
