POSNER, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted the defendant of having attempted to possess cocaine with the intention of distributing it, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846, and having “possesse[dj” a firearm “in furtherance of any such crime,” 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A); see United States v. Castillo, 406 F.3d 806, 811-12 (7th Cir.2005) — that is, a drag crime. He was sentenced to 60 months for the gun crime, the sentence to run consecutively to a 175-month sentence for the drug crime. The appeal challenges only the gun conviction.
