On May 9, 2012, Tommy Lee Webster, Jr. was charged in a superseding indictment with five counts, including: possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c); manufacture of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); possession with intent to deliver cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(A)(1); and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
