OPINION

O’NEILL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the Commission for Lawyer Discipline (the “Commission”), appellee, against Arnold S. Cohn (“Cohn”), appellant, in a disciplinary action. The trial court found that Cohn violated Rules 3.03(a)(1) and (c) of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct by knowingly making a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal, and by failing to take remedial legal measures.
