This is an appeal by John B. Mayer (Claimant) from a denial by tbe Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) of bis application for reconsideration of tbe Board’s refusal to grant benefits.

Claimant was an employe of tbe George Sail Metal Company (Employer) on May 18, 1973, when the firm’s maintenance and production workers (includ*246ing Claimant) began a work stoppage in response to an alleged refusal by the company to bargain collectively.
