This was an action for damages resulting from injuries sustained in an automobile and truck collision. Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $6,826.65, and the defendant Talbot, and two insurance companies, the Western Casualty and Surety Company, of Fort Scott, Kan., and the American Automobile Insurance Company, of St. Louis, Mo., have perfected appeals.
