Affirming.

The appellants, Mattingly-Lusky Eealty Company, a partnership, brought this suit against the appellee, S. D. Camper, for real estate commissions. It was defended on the ground that the plaintiff was not the procuring cause of the sale. A judgment was rendered on a directed verdict in favor of the defendant, returned under a peremptory instruction, given at the conclusion of all the evidence.
