delivered the opinion of the court.

Suit was brought by the appellant, as executrix under the will of Frank J. Dewey, deceased, against the appellee for damages on account of its alleged wrongful act in causing the death of the deceased. The accident happened at the crossing of Western avenue and Warren avenue, in the city of Chicago. On Western avenue the appellee maintains a double-track street railroad.
