This is a suit by appellee against appellant for damages resulting to him personally and to his buggy and horse.. The cause was tried upon counts 1 and 2, as amended, the plea of general issue, and pleas 3 and 4 of contributory negligence as to count 1, resulting in a judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $125, from which the defendant prosecutes this appeal.
