The issue on this appeal is whether a former employee of Salt Lake City is entitled to unemployment compensation after quitting her job with Salt Lake City.
Marian Lynch worked for Salt Lake City Corporation from 1977 to April 15, 1981, and had the title Real Estate Acquisition Officer. In 1981, pursuant to a change in the form of city government, the City reorganized the Department of Real Property Management and merged it with the Personal Property Control Department.
