On September 25, 2012, the Plaintiff Wego Chemical & Mineral Corp. (“the Plaintiff’ or “Wego”) commenced this action against the Defendant Magnablend Inc. (“the Defendant” or “Magnablend”), asserting a single cause of action for breach of contract. Presently before the Court is a motion by the Defendant to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Fed. R. Civ.P.”) 12 for lack of personal jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, to transfer the action to the Northern District of Texas pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1404.…
