Sabre International Security (“Sabre”) has sued its former business partner, Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC-(“Torres”) and Torres officers, Jerry Torres, Scott Torres, Rebekah Dyer, and Kathryn Jones (collectively, the “Individual Defendants”), for breach of contract, tor-tious interference with prospective economic advantage, fraud, and conversion of property.
