This case involves the enforcement of an automated traffic enforcement (ATE) system, but unlike its companion case, Behm v. City of Cedar Rapids , 922 N.W.2d 524 (Iowa 2019), where the district court granted the city's motion for summary judgment, this case proceeded to trial, with a judgment adverse to the defendant.
