Affirming.
These two cases, which grew out of the same facts and were heard together by the circuit court, will be disposed of in one opinion. They involve the office of trustee of the Fordsville graded school district in Ohio county. On the first Saturday in May, 1924, A. W. Johnson was elected a member of the board of trustees for a term of three years, which expired on the first Saturday in May, 1927, but no election was held in May, 1927, and Johnson held over.
