Respondent-Appellant Caleb Olsen (“Husband”) appeals the Family Court’s denial of his request for alimony, its award of attorneys’ fees to Petitioner-Appellee Rita Olsen (“Wife”), and its equal division of marital property ancillary to their divorce proceeding. 1 Husband makes three arguments on appeal.
