Plaintiffs filed their complaint, under the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure regulating actions to quiet title, against the several defendants. The proceeding has been concluded as to all parties except the City of'Washington and the Washington School District, who claim no interest in the title except as the holders of tax liens and tax claims against the real estate described in the proceeding.
