This is an appeal by the City of Erie from an order of distribution of the proceeds of a public sale of a lot by the County Commissioners of Erie County, under section 17 of the Act of May 29, 1931, P.L. 280, as amended by the Act of May 21, 1943, P. L. 364, 72 PS § 5971q.
On December 20,1937, the County Commissioners of Erie County purchased lot No. 190, Frontier Place Subdivision, Erie, at county treasurer’s tax sale for delinquent county taxes.
