OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of misapplication of fiduciary property valued over $10,000 but less than $100,000, a second degree felony under V.T.C.A Penal Code, § 32.45. The trial court assessed punishment at ten years confinement in the penitentiary, probated over seven years. On appeal appellant argued, inter alia, that the trial court erred in imposing as a condition of his probation 600 hours of community service “as directed by the Adult Probation Officer.” Specifically, appellant asserts the trial court…
