On appeal, the county argues that the trial court erred in excluding all evidence of the unprofitable earnings record of the bus system and further argues that certain amounts of “pension under funding” should be deducted from the award as a matter of law. The county also raises certain evidentiary questions, and MSTC has filed a notice of review with regard to the post-judgment rate of interest.
