Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), rendered January 18, 1983, convicting him of two counts of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered.

On the same night as the robbery involved herein, police officers arrested defendant and one other individual after the complainant pointed out these people to the officers.
