J. BACKGROUND
This case centers around the dissolution of a relationship between plaintiff-counter-defendant Morris Silverman Management Corporation (“MSMC”) and defendant-counterplaintiff Western Union Financial Services, Inc. (“Western Union”). MSMC owns and operates numerous currency exchanges, check cashing facilities, and payday loan centers at various locations in the United States.
