The Louisiana Bar Association, appearing herein through the Committee on Professional Ethics and Grievances, filed this summary proceeding which has for its purpose the disbarment of one Mary H.- Connolly, a member of the Bar of this State. The ground upon which the disbarment of the respondent is sought is that she is unworthy to continue as a practicing attorney having been convicted, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, New Orleans Division, in the matter entitled “United States of America v.
