The appellant (hereinafter called the complainant) prosecutes this appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Jefferson county dismissing for want of equity her bill filed against the appellees (hereinafter called the defendants). The subject matter of the litigation is the tract of real estate, with improvements thereon, known as the Palace Hotel, situated in Mt. Vernon. The litigation involves two contracts.
