This was an action to set aside the last will of Lydia A. Maddy, an elderly widow who died in Stockton in December, 1929.

*16The testatrix and her husband, John Maddy, were residents of Rooks county for many years. They accumulated considerable money and property and reared a family of four sons and four daughters. Some ten years prior to his death John Maddy divided $32,000 in cash among his children — $4,000 to each.
