BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, James Elijah Brown, pled guilty to the crime of Forgery in the Second Degree in Pittsburg County District Court in Case No. CRF-81-164 and was sentenced to a three (3) year suspended sentence on February 10, 1982. On September 26, 1983, appellant was charged with Larceny of a Domestic Animal in the District Court of Pushmataha County in Case No. CRF-83-71. On October 24, 1983, the District Attorney of Pittsburg County filed an application to revoke appellant’s suspended sentence.
