STATEMENT \OF THE CASE AND FACTS — This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Gerald A. *423Bradley (Bradley), from a conviction of possession of narcotics-adapted instruments with intent to unlawfully administer narcotic drugs by injection in a human being. Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-3520 (Burns Supp. 1972). We reverse.
