I agree with the majority that the trial court’s judgment should be affirmed on the basis of its finding that the respondent, Brian T., Sr., denied his minor child, Brian T., Jr., the care, guidance and control necessary for the child’s well-being. I further agree with Judge Lavine’s concurring opinion that proof of one ground is sufficient to terminate parental rights; see In re Brea B., 75 Conn.
