STORCKMAN, Judge.

This is a suit to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff when an automobile driven by one of the defendants struck one of two automobiles between which the plaintiff was standing, forcing them together and against the plaintiff thereby severely injuring him. The case was submitted to the jury on the humanitarian theory of negligence. The plaintiff obtained a judgment for $25,000 against both defendants, Dr. Edwin C. Masters and his wife Bess Masters.
