Moore Automotive Group, Inc., appeals from summary judgment in favor of Sandy Goffstein and Goffstein, Raskas, Pomer-antz, Kraus & Sherman, LLC, (“the firm”) on Moore Automotive’s suit for conversion, constructive trust, fraud, monies-had-and-received and civil conspiracy. The trial court granted summary judgment because it found that Moore Automotive was bound by answers to garnishment interrogatories filed by the firm in a previous garnishment proceeding.
