Affirming.
On August 18, 1936, appellee’s deceased husband received injuries in an automobile accident from which he died. At the time of the accident he was a commission salesman for appellant, Browns, Bell & Cowgill, incorporated. Appellee filed a claim for compensation before the Workmen’s Compensation Board. Appellant defended on the ground that at the time of his injuries the deceased was an independent contractor and not an employee.
