Appellees recovered damages for personal injuries and a death resulting from an automobile accident. The controlling question on this appeal is whether or not such an agency relationship existed between appellant and one Shipp, the driver of the automobile involved, that the former was liable for the latter’s negligence under the doctrine of respondeat superior.
