Arraigned and tried before a general court-martial convened at England Air Force Base, Louisiana, by the Commander, Ninth Air Force (TAC), the accused pleaded guilty to thirteen specifications alleging that he wrongfully and unlawfully obtained telephone services of specified values, from the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, with intent to defraud, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 10 USC § 934.
